Shipment

TCG4all ships to all countries within EU/EEA. Shipment will be within a few working days and costs are calculated to your order when checking out. You can expect the delivery within a few working days when the shipping address is within The Netherlands. For other countries within Europe, delivery times are between 3 and 10 working days. If a product is not in stock, it will be shipped within a few working days after we received it. Products that are pre-ordered will not be delivered until the release date. It is possible that a product has a longer delivery time than indicated. This may be because the product is back in production or because it has been sold out. In this case you will be informed.

 

Custom clearance fees

When importing goods from abroad, you may be required to pay additional costs such as customs duties, VAT and other import fees. Please keep in mind that we ship from The Netherlands, and therefore there is a possibility that you need to pay the mentioned import fees if the shipping address is outside the European Union.

 

Track & Trace

When your order has been shipped by us, you will receive an email with the track & trace link in it so that you can see where the package is located.
