Cancelling an order

It is possible to cancel an order. Orders that are cancelled before shipment will be refunded within a few working days. For orders which are already dispatched, please read our return and refund paragraph.

 

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- unused;

- undamaged (let us know when the item arrived damaged);

- in the original packaging.

Your return needs to include the receipt or proof of purchase and also the reason why you return the item.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days.

We refund the costs paid for the product itself and for initial shipping costs (if the complete order is returned).

 

Order not received

If you did not receive your order, please contact us.

We will start an investigation via the postal company and will refund the cost paid for the order.
